Where do you ship?
Currently,NeuroLab Suppsships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We partner with UPS for all our domestic shipments to ensure your supplements arrive safely and reliably.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you are eager to get started. Orders are typically processed and packed within1–2 business days. Once your package is with UPS, standard delivery within the US usually takes3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses?
To ensure the smoothest delivery experience with UPS, we recommend using a physical street address. If you only have a P.O. Box, please contact our support team before ordering to ensure we can accommodate your shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders very quickly to get them to you fast. If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will do our best to update it. However, once a label has been created, we cannot change the destination.
